Are Oregon's coolish summers just a part of history now?

It seems like the past few years we've had summers that resemble Sacramento more than the summers in Oregon during say, the 1990s. It's been starting to get hot in May rather than late June or July, and hot until a couple weeks before Halloween rather than the cool wet season resuming in late September like it used to.

Highs above 90, and lows/dewpoints above 60 seem to happen many days a summer now, while it used to be that there was only a handful of those sultry days. The summers seem to be getting even drier, though ironically thunderstorms and high humidity are becoming more common.
