Tools/sites for weekend breaks

Air Travel Forum - TripAdvisor - www.tripadvisor.com
I had a great trip to Bergen a few years ago where I flew out of Gatwick at 7am Sat morning and flew back at 8pm Sun evening. It was a really nice 36(ish) hours in Bergen and I'd like to book a similar break again.

I'm therefore looking for some cheap weekend travel from London to some European destinations and need to find a tool that lets me select my dates (and time) of travel without putting in a destination.

I've done some digging on some of the budget airline websites but its a lot of hassle to put each individual destination, then check the flights, then check the price and then have to write them all down to compare at the end.

There are a lot of travel websites out there (expedia, trivago etc) that will let me select a destination and then put in the dates of travel but I am more interested in knowing I want to fly sat morning and return sun evening and see which flights will allow me to do that. I'm not that fussed about where I go.

Anyone know of an easy way to do this? I sort of assume someone else will have had the idea about making it easy to book weekend breaks and built a website function around it?!
