Icelandair Poorest customer service
Talk about horrific customer service! My daughter had the flu yesterday and Islandair wouldn’t change her seat so she was near a bathroom and absolutely wouldn’t change her flight! Said “the other passengers aren’t our concern”. They only would discuss my daughter. I posted my thoughts on both Facebook and Twitter. I was initially impressed after because I was messaged. The second message asked for the booking reference and an email. This was at 1pm. They got back to me at 6am this morning! My daughter was supposed to be on a flight yesterday. :
Sorry for the late reply. She is on board now so nothing we can do here. Hopefully she made it OK to the UK.
If they would have looked they would have known we missed the flight!!!! I messaged them at 6:30am explaining and asked for a response. It is now 8:30 pm and here is there response:
