Paris with young kids - bad idea?

Paris Forum, Travel Discussion for Paris - TripAdvisor - www.tripadvisor.com
Hello everyone, I am hoping to visit Paris in November for 3 nights after a 4 night stay in Disneyland. We will have a 3.5 year old and 4 month old (all going well!) I have been to Paris twice but almost 10 years ago and without kids so obviously a lot different this time. I have been reading a couple of threads about how difficult Paris is with small kids, and to be honest, it’s making me second guess our plans. My plan at the moment would be to take one (fairly big) buggy and a baby carrier. The 3.5 year old can either walk or use buggy if tired and the baby will be in the carrier or buggy. I think it’s a good idea to stay as central as we can, I was looking at this apartment:
