Evening sightseeing

London Forum, Travel Discussion for London - TripAdvisor - www.tripadvisor.com
My daughter (17) and I will be traveling to London for a week in July with my best friend and her son (also 17). I think I have a good handle on what all we can see during the day and I think I have maximized our schedule to see as many historical sites/castles/museums as we can. But of course, these things all close up around 5 or 6 pm. One night, we will likely be seeing a play at the Globe. Otherwise, it would be dinner and off to the hotel unless I can figure out good/safe spots to sightsee in the evenings. Which areas would be good for a night-time sightseeing walk?

Thanks,

Tracie
