Trastevere to Stadio Olympico walk
Heading to Rome in Feb for the 6 nations and staying in Trastevere. Initial thoughts are to walk to the stadium from Trastevere with a stop or two en route for breakfast and maybe a beer. Is this a walk worth doing? Plenty to see, or is it all busy main roads?
I notice the route goes past the Vatican, do you need tickets to walk around the Vatican city, or are the tickets just for the museums/churches?
Also, any recommendations of bars/restaurants on the route would be great!
