Anxious about upcoming international flights

Hello!

Next month I am traveling to George best airport in belfast Ireland. I am leaving the us and have 2 connecting flights . It was 300 $ cheaper to book it like this but now Im feeling very overwhelmed. I land in Dublin fly to Manchester then fly to Belfast. I looked at Dublin website and at lingus and they make it sound so easy off the plane follow signs for connecting flights . No talk of crazy stuff . I looked at Manchester website and I couldn't understand a thing . Is it considered out of country arrival since I'm from us or is it now since the flight incoming to there isn't us but Dublin? I am probably over thinking it but had different instructions for both like having to re go through security then customs why do I have to do that in Manchester but not Dublin ? And why Manchester when my final arrival isn't there ? Lol help me .
