Where is the best place to have afternoon tea in London?

London Forum, Travel Discussion for London - TripAdvisor - www.tripadvisor.com
I want to go somewhere really nice and fancy for afternoon tea for my birthday in a few months. I've heard The Dorchester, The Savoy and The Ritz are suppose to be the best in London. Can anyone tell me which is the better one or if they have any other suggestions?
