does anyone know if you can reserve a table for 12 at the Ciel De Paris Bar in the Tour Montparnesse ? I am having great difficulty trying to find this out, so I have given up and decided to ask the Experts :) ( it's for drinks only not a meal ) thank you .

hi im slightly confused we have reservations at the la ciel de paris restaurant so do we still have to pay the 14euro fee to go up in the lift ? if not and we decide once there we want to see the panorama etc... do we have to go back downstairs and pay? or can we purchase a ticket at the rest...
