Contacting Virgin Trains
Anyone know how you can get a response from Virgin Trains? I have been told to ring 03331 031 031 and then choose button 1, then 4, then 3. Who will sort out my problem. Unfortunately you then get the message "We're sorry we're not taking calls at the moment". I've tried a total of 4 times today. It then tells you to use Live Chat. I've tried that and the form seems to have no send button I've tried on an Ipad, Windows 7 and Windows 10.
My problem is that I booked on Sunday via Virgin Trains Journey Care a journey in June from Liverpool (South Parkway as Lime Street is closed then) to London including the assistance. My information was found on their computer and they knew my requirements. When the confirming email came it says it's a wheelchair user requiring ramps but no reservation for the wheelchair space. I wouldn't have booked the train if they'd said I couldn't book the wheelchair space. As there are only 2 spaces on the train I have visions of spending the journey parked in the corridor. I have rung Virgin Trains and been told that the train is completely non reserveable.
On my latest call I've been told to contact on the number above and someone at a higher level will be able to sort it out. So I go round in circles as that number isn't answering their telephone.
If someone could tell me how to get the Live Chat form to work that would help. I don't do Facebook or Twitter.
