Corsair delayed flight
I took a flight from Paris to Saint Denis (Reunion Island) with Corsair (unfortunately) as I didn't know what I was getting myself into.
They had a delay of 24h so I lost one day of vacation on Reunion Island with no explanation whatsoever as to what had happened.
I tried complaining at their desk at the airport(nobody spoke English or knew anything that could help me in any way), I tried filling in a form on their joke of a site (I think that the interface had no services behind it as I got no confirmation no matter how many times or from how many places and laptops I tried to), I tried calling (with no answer) and I even sent a letter in this day and age (as this is probably the only business in ther world with no e-mail address). All of the above got me no answer from this wonder of an airline.
Has anybody gone through this and tried to get any compensation from them? If so could you please advise me on what I should do?
