Excellence Punta Cana - Reservation Question
We booked a trip at the Excellence Punta Cana for July. In my past experience with an Excellence resort, I was able to email the resort and request a specific building/room for my stay (knowing that they could only makes best efforts). All I did was simply email the resort directly. I have tried contacting the Excellence Punta Cana Resort multiple times by email and have yet to get a response. Has anyone else done this? Where did you send the email to? Did you have
I am just not having any luck!
