Help with Thello reservations please
I just purchased tickets on Thello website, but while my credit card company says the charge went through when I call them, I received no confirmation number or email from Thello for the 4 tickets I purchased. Will they send an email later or what?
Thank you. My credit card company says I cannot cancel them unless Thello actually contacts them and we are in different countires. When I tried to purchase them on Trentalia, the cost was actually higher, which is why I used Thello.
