House of Augustus and House of Livia - Still open for tours?

The official (?) website for the House of Augustus and House of Livia tours indicated that these sites closed to the public on 1 September 2017:
House of Livia on Palatine Hill
Is the House of Livia on Palatine Hill now open to the public? I've heard that it has finally reopened after extensive restoration. Do we need a private tour to the House of Livia? Or can we just go by ourselves?
