Need lodging for Oct 14-17 for 4 !Help

I am asking for a friend, Their lodging got cancelled a month ago due to a fire burning down the building. So they got another place & they just got a cancellation from airbnb. They need lodging for 4 for Oct 14-17. They are young & on a budget. They were going to pay $110 a day, but they know they probably have to go higher since it's last minute. Any area at this point would be fine. Any suggestions? One of their Mom's is looking on websites right now. They are busy at work at the moment. Thanks. Hotel, apts, anything, they are desparate.
