open air restaurants july - too hot?
It is too hot with the humidity in July to enjoy spaces with no air conditioning?
The weather seem to be a high of 32 and then there is the humidity. This seems like only air-conditioned restaurants would be feasible but most resorts would have us eating at beautiful open-air restaurants (real restaurants, not beach bars) during the day. However, because I don't see complaints in the reviews about restaurants being too hot (as I see in the Riviera Maya resort reviews), I'm wondering whether there are better breezes that make Punta Cana's summer heat-humidity easier to manage.
If the heat is as challenging as Mexico, suggestions for alternate resorts would be appreciated. Right now my short list is The Level at Melia Caribe and Paradisus Punta Cana. Grand Palladium is sold out for my dates. Right now Barceló Palace is running too high but it might be a contender if I can find a good rate. Thanks for insights.
